Lesson no.1:
A crow was sitting on a tree doing nothing all day long.
A small rabbit spotted the crow and said, ‘can I also sit there like you and do nothing all day long?’
The crow said, ‘sure why not?’
So the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow and rested.
All of a sudden a fox appeared and ate the rabbit!
Management Lesson no. 1:
To be sitting doing nothing all day long, you must be sitting very high up in the organisation.
Lesson no. 2:
A turkey was chatting with a bull,
‘I’d love to be able to get to the top of that tree’ cited the turkey, ‘but I haven’t got the energy’.
‘Why don’t you nibble on some of my droppings’ said the bull, ‘they are packed with nutrients’.
The turkey pecked at the lump of dung and found that it gave him enough energy to reach the lowest branch of the tree.
The next day after eating some more, he reached the second branch,
And finally on the fourth day, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree.
Soon he was spotted by a farmer who shot the turkey out of the tree.
Management Lesson no.2:
Bulls%*t might get you to the top, but it won’t keep you there!
Lesson no.3:
A little bird was flying south for Winter.
It was so cold it froze and fell into a large field.
While it was lying there, along came a cow and dropped some dung on it.
As the frozen bird lay there it began to realize how warm he was, the dung was actually thawing him out!
He soon began to sing for joy when a passing cat heard his song and began to investigate.
He followed the singing, found the bird, dug him up, and ate him!
Management Lesson no. 3:
Not everyone who s%*ts on you is your enemy.
Not everyone who gets you out of s%*t is your friend!
And the most important message of all is… When you are deep in s%*t, it is best to keep your mouth shut!!
End of management course.
