Many of the leaders I work with don’t need to learn what to do, they need to learn what to stop doing.
The leaders that will not be successful in their future, will be the ones that say ‘yes’ to everything.
If we say ‘yes’ to everything, we are setting ourselves up to ‘not deliver’.
Time is not a resource; time is a priority.
The leaders that will be successful in their future will be the ones that will deliver on the key priorities of their boss, their customers and their organisation.
In order to achieve this, we need to look at what we say ‘no’ to.
