Research conducted by Harvard University and the Carnegie Foundation have all concluded that 15% of our success in business and I believe life, are due to our technical skills, and 85% is due to our ability to influence, communicate and deal effectively with other people.
Numerous other studies have shown, that 7 out of 10 MBAs, leave their first job within the first 12 months.
Not because they lack technical competence, but because they cannot function effectively in the work environment, and get along with other people.
